If you are dissatisfied with any Mikiya Skin Essentials product, you may return:

Any unopened product within 30 days after shipment for a full refund in the same method of payment of the purchase price and applicable sales tax (less shipping charges).

Any opened product within 30 days after shipment for a credit issued in the form of a Mikiya Skin Essentials e-gift card for the purchase price and applicable sales tax (less shipping charges). The credit applied for opened products will be based on the percentage of the product returned. For example, if you return 50% of a product, then an e-gift card credit of 50% (less shipping charges and a 10% handling fee) will be issued to you no less than 3 business days from the date the return is received.

Unopened and opened returns must be returned in its original container/packaging and packaged properly to prevent damage or further damage to a product during transit. If unopened returns arrive damaged, Mikiya reserves the right to refuse refund or credit.

Promotional, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

RETURN GUIDELINES

The return must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) that may be obtained by emailing Member Services at returns@mikiyaskinessentials.com The RMA number must be written on the outside of each package, or the shipment will be returned to the sender.

All returns must be shipped prepaid to Mikiya Skin Essentials. COD (Cash On Delivery) packages are not accepted.

It is the responsibility of the customer to trace return shipments if Mikiya Skin Essentials has not received the return. Mikiya Skin Essentials is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit. We encourage the use of traceable mail (UPS, FEDEX, etc.).

No refund will be made for subsequent returns of the same product, except when the product is physically damaged.

The customer or member who made the purchase from Mikiya Skin Essentials must return the products.

Mikiya Skin Essentials reserves the right to review each return or exchange on a case-by-case basis.
SHIPPING METHODS AND CHARGES

Mikiya Skin Essentials is only fulfilling domestic orders within the United States. Orders are generally shipped within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays). A packing slip is included in each shipment. It contains the order number, name, product name, price, and the amount and method of payment. We encourage customers to keep the packing slips for personal accounting records. Package tracking is available through most major carriers.

SHIPPING DISCREPANCIES

When you receive an order, you should check the products against the packing-slip to make certain there is no discrepancy or damage. Please notify Mikiya Skin Essentials of any shipping discrepancies or damage as soon as possible. Failure to notify Mikiya Skin Essentials of any shipping discrepancy or damage within five business days of receipt of shipment will forfeit your right to request a correction.

The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for the processing of all shipping discrepancies, damage claims, and returns. If the RMA number is not included, or visible on the outside of the package/box, Mikiya Skin Essentials will not process shipping discrepancies, issue credits/refunds, or replace damaged products. The RMA is included in each order when packaged for shipping.

To correct any problem, you may have encountered with your shipment, please contact us at returns@mikiyaskinessentials.com. We will reply within 48 business hours to discuss the steps to resolve the matter and if necessary, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
