I am a 74 year old jogger/ walker. I’ve been jogging/walking on a regular basis since I was 33 years old. As I have gotten older my ankles and knees limit my time and distance due to pain. I want to tell you about how the Mikiya Skin Essential oil blends, namely the 'Madeline Blend', which contains Frankincense and Myrrh.
